Alan Koslow

Vice President & General Counsel

As Vice President and General Counsel at Revenue Science, Alan is responsible for managing all the legal affairs for the company. He also advises on privacy, regulatory, employment, and corporate matters.

Prior to Revenue Science, Alan was Associate General Counsel for Interval International—an IAC affiliate—where he negotiated software and hardware licensing agreements, managed the privacy area, assisted on tax issues, advised on intellectual property and employment issues, and negotiated commercial lease agreements as well as business development contracts.

Previous to his position at Interval, Alan was Assistant General Counsel for Expedia where he supervised legal work on domestic and international acquisitions ranging from $10 million to over $500 million and also managed the privacy area.

Alan brings both a depth of legal and financial experience to Revenue Science with a focus on Internet companies. In his capacity as VP of Privacy and Policy, as well as VP of Business Development and Advertising Sales for Classmates Online, Alan established and managed the company's privacy group. Prior to Classmates Online, Alan served as Chief Financial Officer for a telecommunications company, Accessline Communications, where he managed the financial and accounting areas, and coordinated investor communications.

Alan graduated from Rutgers Law School and holds a B.A. in Accounting/Economics from Rutgers University. He is also a member of the Washington State Bar and New York State Bar.
