Bill Ericson

General Partner, Mohr, Davidow Ventures

Bill Ericson's investment focus is software and life sciences infrastructure. In the latter area, he works closely with a cross-discipline team of leading scientists, researchers, and entrepreneurs applying technology solutions to life sciences and health care in non-traditional ways. Ericson currently also serves on the boards of GenoRx, ParAllele BioScience, Pharmix, Sabrix, and Vykor.

Ericson was a member of the founding team of Rosetta Inpharmatics and served on the Board of Directors until its acquisition by Merck in 2001. Ericson came to MDV after 10 years of working with and investing in entrepreneurs and early-stage companies. During that time, he served as a board member of a number of life science and software companies, both public and private.

Ericson received his B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University of Foreign Service and J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. He serves on the Board of Northwestern University School of Law.
