Account Manager — Performance Programs
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships to meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
- Manage daily/ weekly contact with existing clients, setup monthly/quarterly meetings
- Pro-actively seek out new offers from new and existing clients
- Provide superior customer service using creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
- Coordinate with clients regarding the status of campaigns and make suggestions to improve and grow accounts
- Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results
- Work closely with clients to optimize and effectively improve campaign performance
- Obtain performance metrics from the clients to manage delivery and billing
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely campaign launch, invoicing and account growth
Requirements/Skills:
- 1-3 years of account management/ CPA management experience in the online advertising environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, creative and innovative
- Good understanding of online advertising metrics
- Pro-active, positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients
- Ability to prioritize in order to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
- Highly proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Bachelors degree
- Track all activities in Salesforce.com
- Some travel required
