INDUSTRY VETERAN JEFF HIRSCH PROMOTED TO PRESIDENT AND CEO OF BEHAVIOURAL TARGETING LEADER, REVENUE SCIENCE

Bill Gossman Continues as Board Member; Company Positioned For Global Growth

SEATTLE (June 19, 2008) — Revenue Science, offering the most widely-adopted, powerful and flexible behavioural targeting technology for digital media, today announced the appointment of Jeff Hirsch as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Hirsch, who had previously served as President, replaces Bill Gossman. Gossman served more than five years as CEO and will remain on the board.

"Bill Gossman has taken the company from a nascent position in the advertising industry to a high-growth leader delivering targeted advertising," said Rob Ward, Revenue Science board member and managing director at Meritech Capital Partners. "His contributions from team-building to business development have provided a solid platform and the board is pleased to have his continued input. We also look forward to working with Jeff Hirsch in his new role as the company executes on its plan for the next stage of growth."

"Jeff and the rest of the Revenue Science team have delivered spectacular results. Revenue Science is now the dominant player in behavioural targeting and our business has never been stronger, which is why now is the best time to hand over the reins," Gossman said. "The company is at the heart of facilitating and monetizing the massive shift of brand advertising from traditional to online media."

Hirsch, who was promoted to President of the company in May 2008, came to Revenue Science in September 2006, as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to that he held roles as senior vice president of business development at ValueClick, Inc. (VCLK) and chief revenue officer of Fastclick.

In addition to over five years in senior management positions at advertising and promotions companies, Jeff founded Xymox Systems in 1988. He successfully steered the company to a position on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies, and ultimately sold it in 1995. Earlier in his career, Jeff held sales and marketing management positions in various start-up and later-stage technology and media companies. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating with honors.

"Revenue Science is growing at an exponential rate. The original vision of the company around applying data to media that provides value to consumers, advertisers and publishers is now widely accepted, and is realized via our behavioural targeting marketplace that reaches around the world to deliver superior results for our clients," Hirsch said. "With triple-digit year-over-year growth, we are well positioned to continue enhancing our unique ability to reach the right audience with relevant messaging at scale."

In addition to sitting on the Revenue Science board, Gossman is on the boards of several companies and will continue his involvement in these and other fast-growth organizations.
